Our Services
We provide translation and interpreting services, consultancy & engineering, prepress (DTP) and publishing and web design and custom programming.

Packet Services
We provide packet services including any combination of each of our services. For instance translation, formatting and producing a electronic document (e.g. pdf) and printing of documentation, or preparing project documents for application, or developing/modifying of a web site in multiple languages, or preparing a full range of advertisement materials in multiple languages, etc.

Our packet services are especially suitable for corporate customers to which we offer long-term partnership allocating priority handling of their orders — translations in specific subjects/topics, consulting on project applications, management, reports, etc., maintenance of custom developed software applications , web sites, etc.

Team, experts, and subcontractors
Our team consists of translators with university degrees in technical, financial, legal, language subjects — both experienced and well-known specialists and well educated enthusiastic young people. Our graphic and web designers are professionals with experience and creative ideas.
We concentrate a network of experts in different areas of science, business, and academia to provide highest possible consulting services for the projects that we handle.
We rely on reliable subcontractors (printing houses, photo studios, hosting providers) to ensure the high quality of our complex end-products.

Working time
We are working from Monday to Friday between 9:30 till 18:30.

Requesting an order
Request for ordering any of our services you may place directly in our office, by email, or by fax.

Supplying materials for processing
Documents for processing (e.g. text for translation, manuscript for publishing, advertising materials, web design contents) you may supply to us in electronic format (by email, on CD/DVD, flash memory, etc.) or on printed copy (if applicable). If you prefer a officer of our company will come to pick the materials from your office.

Delivering completed materials
Depending on your requirements we may deliver the completed materials (e.g. the translated document, the electronic end-products (pdf, doc, etc.) either as a file or printed on CD/DVD, flash memory by email, mail, or courier service provider (e.g. Econt, Speedy, CityExpress, Bulpost, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for Bulgaria or abroad.

Payment
Payments are performed by bank transfers to the company bank accounts upon delivery of end-products.

Calculation of the price for a service
We calculate the prices based on the resources spent on their completion (both creative and material). Since each order is unique we cannot provide fixed costs for all type of our services. However we have provided on our web site price intervals for some of our services where applicable. For regular customers and big volumes we offer special discounts.

Terms for completion of a service
It is not possible to define a term for completion in general due to the specific differences of each order. In our website however we have provided typical terms for some of our services where applicable.
